R3-нпб oil extraction machine

This R3-нпб oil extraction machine is used to condition by hydrothermal pretreatment milled and decorticated oil-bearing seeds (sunflower and cotton etc.) for further oil extraction by the single pre-pressing process.

The machine has a 7-stage stack cooker, a jib-crane with an electrical pulley block, a screw feeder and an oil screw press. The cooker consists of welded kettles incorporating saturated steam heated jackets. The oil screw press has a device to adjust the seed cake thickness. The jib-crane is used to disassemble and assemble the oil screw press and screw feeder.

Functioning: Prepared material (milled and decorticated oil-bearing seeds) goes to the top kettle of the cooker where to be intensively moistened and heated. Product cascades from kettle to kettle by mixing action of blades and is additionally subject to heating.

Conditioned in the cooker material (squash) is moved with the screw feeder to the first turn of the oil screw press. The incoming material progresses through the interior of the separation cage and is pressed to form the oil which seeps through the openings in the cage. Partially oil free material is discharged to the cake tray.
