MP-68, 1MP -68, 2MP -68, ZMP -68 oil screw presses
MP-68, 1MP-68 oil screw presses are designed for oil-bearing seeds pre-pressing.
2МP-68 oil screw presses are designed for final (secondary) pressing milled and pretreated oil-bearing seeds. The ZМP-68 oil screw press is designed for single stage pressing prepared sunflower seeds.
Oil screw presses have the following main components: a frame, a screw; a split pressing cage; a device (cone ring) to adjuste a seed cake thickness; windlasses for opening (closing) hemi sections of the pressing cage, a drive. Functioning: Prepared oilseeds (milled and cooked oil-bearing seeds) enter the first turn of the screw through the hopper and are conveyed by rotating to the discharge end and pressed to form oil which seeps through openings in the cage. Pressed material is discharged through the cone ring which controls the seed cake thickness.
