Mobile stage loaders PSN800, PSN3100
The PSNR800, PSN3100 mobile stage loaders are used to transport coal bulk from face conveyers
to belt conveyers in longwall faces with a day output of up to 20 tons. Cast heavy duty steel sides
provide increased wear life of the panline and smooth operation.
The confgurations of these stage loaders make possible to operate when the cut material is dumped with diferent procedures from conveyers (front, side, cross discharge) Application of the mobile tail end as a part of the stage loader ensures free advance of the stage loader without stopping coal fow from the longwall face and provides availability to correct and reroute the assembly both horizontally and vertically.
The pan line has:
- new profle cast sides (SP390);
- rolled sides of new profles (SP255);
- the bottom plate thickness of 40 or 30 mm with "smooth" tongue- and - groove connection. Upon the customer's request or when coal bulk contains a big amount of rock, bottom plates of stage loader pans can be made in HARDOX 400 steel. This enables to provide longer service life (up to 10 mln t of rock bulk) and decrease wear of the chain and fight bars.
The discharge drive or tail end of the stage loader are equipped with a device to tension chains by means of 400 mm stroke hydraulic jacks.
