Roof support Yurmash 2SH-075/15
The YURMASH 2SH- 075/15 chock-shield roof support is designed to mechanically strengthen and control the roof ensuring a safe working face area by the top caving-in method, to advance the longwall conveyor as coal is sheared in the beds of up to 15 degrees along the dip and to 10 degrees along the strike. The support is outftted with a device to adjust and route a face conveyer.
Modifcations are available for installation in plough mining systems and continuous mining systems.
High resistance of this roof support (up to 725 кN/ m2 ) combined with the relatively small weight of the support section.
High strength and rigidity of support beams are due to the original 'cell' construction with the small overall dimensions and weight.
Service life:
- metal works - more 40-60 thsd extracting cycles;
- power hydraulics - 30000 cycles with changing seals.
