Armoured face conveyers KSYU 271, KSYU 381

The conveyers are designed to transport run-of-mine coal along longwall faces and dump coal bulk onto the stage loader in the working faces including dusty and gaseous mines. Cast heavy duty steel sides provide increased wear life and problem-free and reliable operation.

The confguration of the frame in this type of armoured face conveyers is designed for faces where stable - hole-free coal mining method is applied. Upon the customer's request the frame can be equipped with a hydraulic extending device with a throw of 500 mm. Pan lines with smooth tongue- and - groove joints for connection of bottom plates enable:

• smooth operation of haulage system and abatement of noise;
• "reverse" traveling of the conveyer;
• to enhance wear resistance of haulage chains and fight bars.

Cast steel sides of line pans provide increased strength and wear life.

Face conveyers are compatible with all haulage systems: 'Eikotrack', 'Ultratrack' or 'Jumbotrack'. - Active tooth surface are case-hardened to enhance their wear resistance.

The overhaul periods for gears тлр315, тлр400, тр2-315 vary from 15000 to 25000 hours depending on working conditions and installed power. Output shafts are ftted with 'double cone' seals and bearings of foreign production meeting the international dimensions of KPL-25, PL-25 gears.
