Crusher DR2500M

The impact crusher DR2500M coupled with stage loaders is designed for efcient crushing of oversized coal lumps with rock intercalation and when conveyed from the longwalls faces. The impact crusher design ensures low level of noise and long wear life of drivers due to application of:

two-stage dump system to withstand the impact onto drivers and the impact grinder casing (rotors units are connected by means of silent blocks and spring steel tightening devices);
single-reduction spiral bevel gears.

The impact crusher structure is of modular type and can be mounted by bolts and nuts that ensure trouble free installation in underground environment. Crushers are available in a gear-drive or V-belt drive applications.
