Lump coal crusher DR1000YU

Crushers coupled with stage loaders are designed for efcient crushing of oversized coal lumps with rock intercalation and when conveyed from the longwalls faces.

The crusher design ensures low level of noise both on idle operation or when crushing due to application of:

three-stage dump system to withstand damping transmitted to reduction gears and grinding plant casing (silent blocks, spring steel tightening devices, rubber absorbers );
single-reduction spiral bevel gears.

The rotor is constructed as a modular in assembly with bearings and is radically mounted in the casing of the crusher. Crusher chambers provide jamming free operation when ungrindable lumps enter the milling area.
