Mining equipment

Having been involved in manufacturing of equipment for the fuel and energy industry, Yurginsky machine engineering plant has become recognized as an engineering center for coal mining in Kuzbass and a major manufacturer and supplier of coal mining and mineral processing technology in Russia. In the year 2007 the plant's powerful production capacities united with capabilities of the Czech manufacturer of mining equipment T Macshinery a.s., and in 2008 with the German company ESSER GmbH, both are our strategic partners.

Nowadays along with the machinery having gained a good reputation in mines of Russia and CIS countries, we offer a series of new developments in coal mining equipment. Maintained all functional characteristics adherent to foreign models, the designs developed by Yurginsky plant give a number of competitive advantages - a considerable cost reduction in maintenance, increase in production output and easy service.

Today coal output is constantly increasing in Russia and abroad. Together with this, requirements of miners to the mining extracting equipment grow. Marked in February 2008 its 65-year anniversary, Yurginsky machine engineering plant offers to miners the equipment completely customized to the today's needs and prospects for the future. Roof supports

A comprehensive range of powered roof supports of various capacities intended for thin seam heights available to be used in plough and shearing mining systems, for middle and thick seam heights, and face end drift supports.

Armoured face conveyors

KSYU271, KSYU381 'Yurga-850', KSYU391 'Yurga-950', KSYU3100 'Yurga-1100', ëSYU63 of a capacity of up to 2 thsd tph with a higher power to weight ratio, smooth bidirectional pan lines having an expected resource of up to 8 mln t of the mined coal.
Belt conveyors of a capacity of up to 1,8 thsd tph.

Face stage loaders

PS271, PS281; mobile type PSNR800, PSN1100, PSN3100, tail piece Yurmash-Sigma, for conveying run-of-mine coal with a capacity up to 2 thsd tph.

Crushers

DR1000Yu, DR2500í, DRShYu are designed for efficient crushing of oversized coal lumps with rock intercalation when conveyed from longwall faces. A production rate is up to 2,5 thsd tph.

KPYU-50 roadheader

is designed for road way development to mechanically cave-in rock and load cut debris in horizontal and slope underground workings. A cutting capacity is 0,2 to 2,0 m3/min.

'KUZBASS 500YU' narrow web longwall shearer

is designed for application in fully mechanized longwall faces with flat and flat-slanted beds of a thickness from 1.6 to 4.8 m with a production rate of up to 16 t/min.

Cable Handlers

Chain handlers ËTSYU, 1 ËTSYU, 2 ËTSYU, KTSNYU, 1KTSNYU, 2KTSNYU, KTSPYU, 1KTPSYU, plastic handler YUKP.180-75. Plastic handlers provide mechanization of handling, protecting and tensioning supply lines led to the shearer that works off the armoured face conveyor frame in dusty and gaseous mines.

Shovels

Of a 10, 11, 13, 15, 20 m3 volume are the working elements of walking excavators. They are used for excavating hard soils up to 4 category incl.

Hydromonitors

ô521, ô469, T469M (with automatic replacement of nozzles) with remote control are used for stripping and surface mining operations at open pit coals and ore deposits.

Feeder

The ô-475 scraping drum-type feeder is used in drying units and employed in discharging bins to insure sealing of drying drums and cyclones.

Hydraulic props

ô400.06.133.000 Hydraulic props are set to support the roof in coal mining underground.

Hydraulic legs

Double-acting hydraulic leg without bottom valve ô400.06.111.000 is coupled with the powered roof supports of higher resistance,
Double-acting hydraulic leg with bottom valve is intended to adjust powered roof supports in height.

Advancing ram with movement sensor ô400.06.143.000

urges the movement of conveyors and advancement of roof support units.

Connecting reinforcements for slip joint hydraulic hoses

are used for connecting parts and units of the hydraulic system of powered roof supports.

Slip joint high-pressure hoses

used for connecting parts and units of the hydraulic system of powered roof supports.

Manufacturing a full package of the equipment for longwall mining, the company acts as a Prime Contractor taking responsibility to deliver, assemble and install longwall mining systems, including equipment of foreign manufacturers, in mines. The company performs all designing and engineering works as well as erection and commissioning start-up works of longwall machinery and accepts full responsibility for its operation.
