Slag processing plant 794-01
This slag processing plant is designed to handle and process slag and scrap screening out ≤300mm fraction, ≤20mm fraction for further magnetic separation of big-sized fractions and retrieving metal bearing slag pieces.
The screened out and separated products are used as a raw material in civil construction and metallurgical applications.
The complex comprises:
- Trammel screen with a drive;
- hopper;
- crankshaft-and-rod type feeder;
- belt conveyor for a ≤ 300 fraction;
- belt conveyor for a ≤ 20 fractions;
- suspension magnet for Fe≤300 fraction.
- horizontal sizing screen;
- frame.
